Amazon’s Communications and Corporate Responsibility (CCR) PXT organization seeks a Senior HR Specialist to lead end‑to‑end employee experience initiatives and drive data‑driven people programs. You will partner with CCR leadership and central PXT teams to shape scalable solutions, implementing change management across a global CCR workforce.

5+ years of HR, talent acquisition, management consulting, or project/program management experience.
Strong communication and ability to influence senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end program execution of employee experience and leadership development initiatives.
Design and maintain PXT rhythm of business activities for internal and CCR stakeholders.
Manage complex cross‑functional projects from concept to completion.
Translate business and PXT goals into actionable HR strategy and improvements.
Build collaborative partnerships within PXT, CCR, and other stakeholders.
