Job summary

TD is seeking an HR Program Specialist to lead the development and implementation of enterprise-wide HR programs. The role works within the HR Governance function to review casework, ensure SOP compliance, protect confidentiality, and support quality assurance and reporting.

Requirements include an undergraduate degree and 5+ years in HR-related work, with strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. Prefer experience with Power Apps/Power BI; onsite in Mount Laurel, NJ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or higher is required.
• 5+ years of relevant HR program experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes and regulations.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reporting.
