General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking a HR Policy Specialist (Recruitment and Placement) to lead and shape the national staffing and recruitment program. The role provides expert guidance to agency leadership on policy interpretation and implementation across a broad range of government-wide initiatives.

The position requires researching complex HR issues, developing policy directives, and coordinating with internal and external partners to improve program effectiveness.

Formación

• At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-13 or higher in federal staffing and recruitment.
• Experience leading development, implementation, measurement, and evaluation of staffing programs.
• Ability to research, interpret, and apply staffing regulations and statutes to advise others.
• Experience briefing senior officials or stakeholders on staffing policies and programs.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as expert on staffing and recruitment policy, providing guidance to leadership.
• Research and advise on sensitive HR issues in line with governmental initiatives.
• Develop GSA-wide recruitment policy, guidance, directives, and instructions.
• Coordinate with TAC and other organizations; provide technical advice as appropriate.
• Apply qualitative and quantitative methods to assess program effectiveness and plan long-term goals.
