Job summary

Abbott Park, IL-based Senior Project Coordinator within the CHR Corporate Human Resources division supports priority HR initiatives and projects. The role emphasizes collaboration with Project Manager(s) and cross-functional teams to drive execution and alignment.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational, verbal and written communication, with experience coordinating multiple projects, and proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Office tools, and PMO exposure.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in a related field (HR/IT/PM/Business Admin).
• Proficient with PowerPoint; strong Office suite skills required.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing project plans, timelines, and schedules.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, including agendas and minutes.
• Track progress, milestones, risks, and issues; escalate when needed.
• Maintain project tools, trackers, and dashboards.
• Support updates, status reports, and stakeholder presentations.
• Help drive alignment across global, cross-functional teams.
• Assist with budget management and vendor coordination.
