You will partner with HR, Product Management, Operations and Technology to understand goals, capture requirements, and translate them into actionable Workday configurations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis, HR technology, or related experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into solutions.
• Experience configuring and testing Workday or similar HR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR, Product Management, Operations and Technology to understand goals and priorities.
• Analyze requirements and propose solutions aligned with Workday capabilities.
• Configure, test, and support Workday enhancements.
• Develop test strategies and test cases; coordinate end-to-end testing.
• Demonstrate new functionality and guide stakeholders through capabilities.
• Balance sprint commitments with urgent business needs and escalations.
• Assess downstream impacts across processes, integrations, security, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Workday and partners to implement features and releases.
• Contribute to continuous improvement to simplify processes and improve associate experience.
