Broad-Ocean-Motor is seeking a Senior Human Resources Specialist to manage HR and payroll for 3 companies across 7 states from our Novi, MI site.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with employees and management. On-site presence is required at our Novi location and the HR team supports all facets of benefits, compliance and employee relations.

Formación

• 5+ years of HR Generalist experience preferred.
• 3+ years with ADP or similar payroll software.
• Advanced MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication across the organization and with vendors.
• Strong interpersonal skills and self-motivation.

Responsabilidades

• Manage recruitment and hiring processes with hiring managers.
• Process payroll for multiple companies using ADP.
• Administer health and 401(k) programs and workers’ comp.
• Maintain employee files and HR records, update org charts.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws; oversee onboarding.
