Broad-Ocean Technologies, LLC is seeking a Senior HR Specialist to manage HR and payroll for three companies across seven states. This on-site role is based in Novi, Michigan and requires strong organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication.

Responsibilities include recruiting, ADP payroll processing, benefits administration, safety programs, training, onboarding, and compliance. You will maintain employee records and coordinate HR initiatives with managers and vendors.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
• 3 years of experience with ADP or similar payroll software.
• Advanced experience with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication across the organization and with vendors.
• Ability to collaborate with a variety of personalities and levels.

Responsabilités

• Recruiting and Hiring: develop postings, screen applicants, complete background checks, and onboard.
• Payroll Processing: use ADP, set up new hires, audit payroll data.
• Administration of HR programs: benefits, 401(k), workers’ comp, safety, training, immigration.
• Other HR responsibilities: stay updated on laws, update org chart, maintain files, admin tasks.
• Office Administration: bids for facilities, supply inventory, health and safety liaison.
