Job summary

Fuller Technologies is seeking a seasoned HR & Payroll Business Partner to manage the U.S. payroll for about 250 employees and provide day-to-day HR support. You will ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely processing while partnering with managers on employee relations, performance, onboarding, and lifecycle events.

The role requires 8+ years in HR/payroll with strong knowledge of U.S. regulations; proficiency in Workday and Paylocity is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR and payroll experience in the US.
• Experience independently managing U.S. payroll for exempt and nonexempt employees.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, wage/hour, and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate accurate, timely U.S. payroll for ~250 employees.
• Review payroll inputs, calculations, reconciliations, and reporting for compliance.
• Serve as HR resource for managers on employee relations, performance, policies.
• Support onboarding, changes, leaves, offboarding and lifecycle events.
• Assist with annual HR processes: performance reviews, merit, engagement.
