Job summary

Fuller Technologies is seeking a seasoned HR & Payroll Business Partner to oversee U.S. payroll for ~250 employees and provide day-to-day HR support to managers and staff.

You will ensure accurate payroll processing, compliance with federal and state regulations, and consistent HR practices across the organization. In this role, you’ll partner with leaders to manage employee relations, onboarding, lifecycle events, and annual processes while maintaining data integrity in Workday.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR and payroll experience, including substantive U.S. payroll responsibilities.
• Experience independently managing U.S. payroll for exempt and nonexempt employees.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll regulations, payroll taxes, wage and hour compliance.
• Experience supporting managers and employees in HR administration and employee relations.
• Strong Excel skills and data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Experience with Paylocity strongly preferred; Workday or another HRIS a plus.
• Manufacturing/industrial environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate accurate, timely U.S. payroll for ~250 employees.
• Review payroll inputs, calculations, reconciliations, and reporting for compliance.
• Serve as primary HR resource for managers and employees on relations, performance, policies.
• Support onboarding, changes, leaves, and offboarding.
• Assist with employee relations, performance improvement and disciplinary actions.
• Support annual HR processes including reviews, merit planning, and engagement.
• Maintain accurate employee data in Workday and other HR/payroll systems.
• Back up payroll for Mexico and Brazil when needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR and payroll processes and controls.
