Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR and payroll experience.
• Experience with U.S. payroll processing for exempt and nonexempt employees.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and wage-hour rules.
• Experience with Paylocity strongly preferred; Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate accurate, timely U.S. payroll for approximately 250 employees.
• Review inputs, calculations, reconciliations, and reporting for compliance.
• Serve as primary HR resource for managers and employees on relations, onboarding, and policies.
• Support employee lifecycle activities including changes, leaves, and offboarding.
• Maintain employee data in Workday and other HR/payroll systems, ensuring data integrity.
• Collaborate with HR and payroll teams across regions; provide backup for Mexico and Brazil payroll.
