  • Partner with HR and payroll colleagues across regions and cross-train on Mexico and Brazil payroll processes to provide backup support when needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR and payroll processes, strengthen internal controls, and enhance the employee experience.
You bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR and payroll experience, including substantial hands-on U.S. payroll processing responsibilities.

  • Experience supporting managers and employees across employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and HR administration.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. payroll regulations, payroll taxes, wage and hour requirements, and employment compliance.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and Excel skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Experience with Paylocity strongly preferred; Workday or another HRIS is a plus.
  • Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or operational environment preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and provide backup support for Mexico and Brazil payroll processes.
  • HR or payroll certification is a plus.
