Job summary

Titan Security Group is seeking an HR Manager to lead the HR team in our downtown Chicago office, supporting the Great Lakes region. This hands-on leader balances execution with process improvement, guiding onboarding, employee support, and HR transactions while partnering with leaders to align employee needs with compliance and operational realities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
At least five years of progressive HR experience including leadership or development of staff.
Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, leave administration, I-9 compliance, and employment regulations.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team (HR generalists, administrators, coordinators, onboarding staff).
Manage daily HR operations: new-hire/exit processing, attendance, unemployment, I-9s, records, inquiries.
Partner with Chicago-based leaders to advise on employee relations and policy adherence.
Improve HR processes and onboarding experiences to ensure consistent service delivery.
Oversee HR technology usage, case management, and compliance with laws and agreements.
