The Human Resources Manager leads the HR team supporting our downtown Chicago office and portions of the Great Lakes region while serving as the HR Business Partner for Chicago-based corporate employees, including Titan Electronics.
This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced HR professional who can balance daily execution with meaningful process improvement. The HR Manager will lead an early-career team responsible for HR administration, onboarding, employee support, and other recurring HR activities. This individual will establish clear expectations, strengthen accountability, develop team capabilities, and ensure work is completed accurately and consistently.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, responsive, and comfortable stepping into the details. They will identify inefficient or unclear processes, develop practical solutions, and use HR technology to improve service delivery. They must also be a credible partner to leaders-providing sound guidance, appropriately challenging decisions, and helping the organization balance employee needs, compliance, and operational realities.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. At least five
