Job summary

Clearwater Paper Corporation seeks an HR leader to provide strategic guidance as a business partner, aligning people strategies with operational goals. You will coach leaders, drive change, and foster positive employee relations across the organization.

The role covers organizational effectiveness, talent and organizational development, and total rewards, partnering with leaders to design and implement programs that support business success and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop HR team members by establishing priorities, providing coaching and feedback, and supporting performance and career development
• Set team expectations and allocate resources to support effective delivery of HR programs and services
• Build team capabilities through development opportunities, knowledge sharing, and ongoing coaching
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement aligned with company values
• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute performance management, career development, employee relations, and engagement strategies aligned with company values and legal requirements
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve employee engagement, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness
• Support organizational transformation, change management, and business process improvement initiatives that enhance business performance and employee experience
• Coach and support leaders in executing talent management processes including performance management, merit planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning
