Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Consulting HR Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis (24-30 hours per week). You will lead end-to-end recruitment, onboard new hires, coach and develop employees, and drive strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals.

You will partner with management to implement talent management, succession planning, change management, and compensation strategies while maintaining compliance and updating HR documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field required.
• Master’s degree or HR certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources, focusing on recruitment and talent development.
• Proven ability to communicate with diverse personalities and manage relationships.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures, and understanding of accounting/finance industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels.
• Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and talent development: manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching and development.
• Communicate effectively with staff from entry to senior management, building trust and rapport.
• Strategic HR planning: work with management on succession planning, talent management, change management and compensation.
• Maintain HR policies, procedures and employee handbook in line with regulations and best practices.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Master’s degree or HR certification (advantage)
