Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Consulting HR Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis (24-30 hours per week). You will lead end-to-end recruitment, onboard new hires, coach and develop employees, and drive strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals.

You will partner with management to implement talent management, succession planning, change management, and compensation strategies while maintaining compliance and updating HR documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field required.
• Master’s degree or HR certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources, focusing on recruitment and talent development.
• Proven ability to communicate with diverse personalities and manage relationships.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures, and understanding of accounting/finance industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels.
• Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

As a Consulting HR Specialist, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• 1. Recruiting and Talent Development: You will manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish, including job posting, interviewing, onboarding, training, coaching, and employee development. You will identify and attract top talent, and ensure our company is a place where employees can grow and succeed.
• 2. Communication and Relationship Management: You will be responsible for communicating effectively with a wide range of personalities, from entry-level employees to senior management. You will need to build trust and rapport with all staff members, and be able to deliver potentially difficult information in a respectful and appropriate manner.
• 3. Strategic HR Planning: You will work closely with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business goals. This includes succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation.
• 4. HR Policies and Procedures: You will ensure that all HR policies and procedures are in compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices. You will also be responsible for updating and maintaining the employee handbook and other HR documents.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Consulting HR Specialist role will have the following qualifications:

• 1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification will be considered an advantage.

• 6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
• 7. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
