Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support our Legal Function. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, partnering to understand business priorities and deliver effective HR solutions.

The HRBP will support the Legal Function's day-to-day HR needs and strategic initiatives, focusing on organizational design, talent development, engagement, and performance management. Remote work flexibility up to 50% is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, or Master's with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Professional demeanor with strong consultative skills.
• Experience engaging with management from first-level to senior-level.
