Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Five (5)+ years of HR or related experience with a degree or seven (7)+ years of HR or related experience without a degree.
• Advanced to Mastery proficiency level expectations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates and leads prioritized meetings on people and talent programs within their business units.
• Consults and mediates employees up to VP/GM level leaders with HR guidance.
• Identifies trends and metrics, partners with HR to drive outcomes.
• Tell the story clearly with data, tailoring to the audience.
