Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred.
• Five (5)+ years HR experience with degree or seven (7)+ years HR experience without a degree.
• Advanced to Mastery HR partner with ability to lead independently and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates and leads discussions on people and talent programs within business units.
• Advises VP/GM level leaders with HR guidance as appropriate.
• Identifies trends and metrics, partners with HR to drive solutions.
