Job summary

Entergy is seeking a Lead HR Business Partner (Nuclear) in Port Gibson, MS, onsite. This senior role partners with leaders up to VP/GM level, aligning HR programs with business objectives and driving workforce impact.

The position requires advanced HR expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead in ambiguity while coaching leaders and delivering people solutions in a nuclear environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Five (5)+ years of HR or related experience with a degree or seven (7)+ years of HR or related experience without a degree.
• Advanced to mastery HR capabilities and leadership in partnering with executives.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates and leads discussions on people and talent programs within business units.
• Consults and mediates employees up to VP/GM level leaders with HR guidance.
• Identifies trends and metrics with HR to drive business outcomes.
• Tell stories with data to convey key messages to leadership.
• Conducts organizational assessments and designs solutions aligned with strategy.
• Maintains knowledge of labor relations and compliance; partners with Legal as needed.
• Provides day-to-day leadership coaching for leaders up to VP/GM level.
• Leads change management initiatives and collaborates with Centers of Excellence.
• Develops presentations and proposals using HR data and insights.
