Flowers Foods & Subsidiaries in Burbank, CA is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner – Labor Relations to execute labor relations strategy across California and advise on complex labor and employee relations matters. The role partners with senior leaders, Legal, and HR leadership to promote positive relations, mitigate risk, and ensure lawful workforce practices.

The position leads in-region labor relations, contract administration, investigations, and workforce planning for assigned markets,

Qualificações

• 5 to 7 years of progressive HR experience, including meaningful labor relations and complex employee relations responsibility.
• Working knowledge of the National Labor Relations Act, Weingarten rights, collective bargaining, contract administration, grievances, and investigations.

Responsabilidades

• Execute enterprise labor relations strategies within California in alignment with business and HR objectives.
• Serve as primary in-region advisor for proactive identification and early response for labor relations risk and complex employee relations matters.
• Partner with leadership on collective bargaining, contract administration, grievances, arbitration, mediation and related labor matters.
• Provide timely risk assessments and recommended actions to HR and operational leaders.
• Lead HR contact for day-to-day HR needs for designated California markets or facilities and guide talent planning, performance management, compensation, and policy application.
