Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. seeks a Human Resources Business Partner to lead HR strategy and support for assigned facility(s). You will manage policies, compensation, training, and employee relations, acting as a bakery advocate and change champion.

Forecasting business needs from an HR perspective and partnering on learning and succession are key parts of the role. You will oversee talent management, onboarding, retention strategies, and ensure compliant HR operations, while aligning with Flowers Foods

Qualifications

• 3 or more year’s progressive human resources experience.
• Must operate with a very high degree of freedom within corporate policies.
• A four year degree in Human Resources Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Directs the execution of the company’s human resource policies, procedures, and programs.
• Promotes Flowers Foods corporate values and culture.
• Partners with plant leadership as the primary HR strategic advisor for the bakery.
• Develops a trusted advisor relationship with plant leadership and proactively provides advice.
• Works with corporate stakeholders and regional HRBPs to build a strategic talent pipeline.
• Trains and develops plant leadership team.
• Measures HR program outcomes and informs facility changes as needed.
• Keeps Regional HRBPs informed on pending HR matters and provides assistance.
