Job summary

Constant Contact is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to Sales and Marketing leaders in a high-growth SaaS environment. This role combines strategic workforce design with hands-on execution, with the HR Team on-site in Waltham 1-2 days per week.

You will influence talent decisions, coach senior leaders, and partner across People Ops, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation to drive performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of progressive HR experience.
• Proven history of coaching and influencing senior leaders.
• Strong business acumen with data-informed decision making.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
• Experience with GTM structures and Sales compensation dynamics a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor to Sales and Marketing leaders.
• Translate priorities into people strategies to accelerate performance.
• Lead talent reviews, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Guide change management during growth, restructures, and transitions.
• Collaborate across Talent Acquisition, L&D, Compensation, and People Ops.
• Advise on compensation and Sales incentive structures.
• Leverage analytics to diagnose risks and implement solutions.
