Job summary

New York University is seeking an experienced Employee Relations partner to support NYU Abu Dhabi with investigations, performance management, and policy guidance. The role also serves as an HR Business Partner for select units, aligning organizational strategy with tactical HR actions.

The candidate will coordinate strategic HR services, coach senior clients, and develop metrics for success. Some travel to the UAE and early-hours coordination with NYUAD are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; professional HR experience in employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as employee relations partner for NYUAD campus, investigate problems, advise and facilitate solutions.
• Act as HR Business Partner for select units, provide strategic diagnosis and organize execution of HR services.
• Travel to UAE as needed and coordinate with NYU leadership and clients.
• Lead in areas of performance management, policy compliance, documentation and issue resolution.
