Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Master's degree preferred in Data Science, UX, IT, Higher Education Admin, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in university admissions operations, CRM management, reporting for senior leadership, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for undergraduate admissions processing and data infrastructure.
• Lead cross-campus teams and collaborate with NYU Abu Dhabi, New York, and global partners.
