Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of related work experience.
• Experience managing teams across multiple world regions.
• Strong background in international student recruitment and admissions.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily NYUAD program operations, budget, and personnel.
• Lead global recruitment team to achieve regional deliverables.
• Manage outreach officers via an Employer of Record and payroll.
• Develop international recruitment plans and strategies.
• Produce data-driven reports on recruitment outcomes.
• Coordinate team travel to recruitment and yield events.
