Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an HRBP or Employee Relations role with responsibility for advising leaders and handling complex matters.
• Demonstrated experience independently conducting and documenting workplace investigations.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations practices, performance management, accommodations, and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted HR advisor to assigned business units and translate needs into people strategies.
• Independently manage complex employee relations matters from intake to resolution.
• Advise managers on performance, conduct, and policy application.
• Coach managers to improve accountability and employee performance.
• Oversee workplace accommodation process and document interactions.
• Identify trends and risks and propose proactive HR interventions.
• Provide policy guidance and ensure compliant HR practices.
