Job summary

Wayne Farms is seeking an experienced Human Resources leader to guide staffing, employee relations, training and salary/benefits administration across the plant and related sites. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution to ensure regulatory and company-wide compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' progressive HR experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership including policy adherence and conflict resolution.
• Strong communication in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR initiatives across staffing, employee relations and development.
• Coach managers on performance, conduct corrective actions and track follow-up.
• Drive recruitment, selection, and succession planning for internal customers.
• Oversee salaried recruiting, interviews, and offer process.
• Deliver HR-related training on performance and employee relations issues.
• Ensure compliance with union agreements where applicable.
• Promote safety and maintain zero-accident culture.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and efficiency.
