Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of HR policies and programs across facilities.
• Direct HR team to support staffing, employee relations and development.
• Advise leaders on staffing, compensation, training and compliance.
• Provide HR-related training on performance and employee relations.
• Mitigate risk through collaboration with Legal and Compliance teams.
• Drive talent management, diversity, and change initiatives with internal partners.
• Coordinate recruitment, succession planning, and retention strategies.
