University of Southern California is seeking a Senior HR Partner to act as a trusted strategic advisor for USC Athletics. You will collaborate with senior leaders to shape people strategies, manage high‑stakes employee relations, and guide workforce planning, change management, and organizational development in a fast‑paced, visible environment.

You will coach executives, drive HR processes, and work with USC HR Centers of Expertise to deliver talent, rewards, systems, and analytics solutions

Qualifikationen

• Seven+ years of experience in human resources or human capital management.
• Experience consulting with business leaders on talent management strategies incl. workforce planning and performance management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with diverse teams.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to USC Athletics, understanding its business, people, culture, and goals.
• Provide proactive HR consultation, coaching, and guidance to leaders at all levels.
• Lead workforce planning, change management, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness strategies.
• Manage employee relations matters, including investigations and disciplinary actions.
• Coach leaders through complex people decisions and escalate when needed.
• Partner with HR Centers of Expertise to deliver solutions across Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR systems, and analytics.
