University of Southern California (USC) Human Resources, Ethics, and Compliance seeks a Senior HR Partner to serve as a trusted strategic advisor to USC Student Life leaders. This role partners with leaders to deliver strategic HR guidance across complex people and organizational needs, including employee relations and leadership coaching.

The Senior HR Partner will navigate ambiguity, drive culture-aligned people strategies, and support HR Partners and Associate HR Partners while collaborating

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, psychology, human resources, industrial relations or related field.
• Seven or more years of experience in human resources or human capital management.
• In-depth understanding of total rewards, employee and labor relations, talent management, organizational development, and change management.
• Experience consulting with business leaders on talent management strategies and workforce planning.
• Ability to manage multiple leaders, priorities, and projects; present to executive leadership.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Aufgaben

• Serve as trusted strategic advisor to USC Student Life leaders, providing proactive HR consultation and guidance.
• Advise leaders on workforce planning, change management, succession planning, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
• Manage employee and labor relations matters, including workplace investigations and disciplinary actions.
• Coach leaders through complex people decisions and provide HR guidance; collaborate with USC HR Centers of Expertise.
• Leverage workforce data and organizational insights to support hiring, compensation, and development decisions.
• Maintain knowledge of employment laws and regulations; mentor HR Partners and Associate HR Partners.
