University of Southern California (USC) invites an experienced Senior HR Partner to serve as a trusted strategic advisor to USC Athletics. You will work with Athletics leaders to understand the organization, build trusted relationships, and provide HR guidance across complex people needs, including employee relations and investigations.

• Bachelor's degree in business, psychology, human resources, industrial relations or related field.
• Seven or more years of experience in human resources or human capital management.
• Broad HR domain experience including total rewards, employee and labor relations, talent management, change mgmt, learning and org design.
• Experience consulting with business leaders on talent management, workforce planning and performance management.
• Ability to manage multiple leaders and competing priorities.
• Experience presenting complex information to executive leadership.
• Strong mentoring and coaching skills for client management.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the assigned client organization, understanding its business, people, culture, priorities, and long-term goals.
• Provide proactive HR consultation, coaching, and guidance to leaders at all levels.
• Advise leaders on workforce planning, change management, succession planning, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Manage employee and labor relations matters, including investigations and disciplinary actions.
• Coach leaders through complex people decisions and provide thoughtful HR guidance.
