Neurocrine Biosciences, Inc. seeks an HR Operations professional to optimize HR processes and systems across the employee and contingent lifecycle.

The role focuses on enhancing onboarding, changes, extensions, offboarding, and related system activities in collaboration with HR, Legal, IT, and business partners. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in HR operations or systems, strong Workday/VNDLY experience, and a proven track record in process improvement and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with HR focus.
• 4+ years of progressive HR experience, especially in operations or systems.
• Strong experience with HR systems (Workday, VNDLY) and integrations.
• Experience supporting contingent workforce processes and vendor interactions.
• Proven ability to map processes, analyze root causes and implement improvements.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Execute, coordinate and improve HR operational processes across the lifecycle.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies and improve accuracy, compliance and UX.
• Serve as a subject matter resource for HR systems, esp. Workday and VNDLY.
• Translate system requirements into clear guidance for partners and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate requirements and resolve issues.
• Audit worker data in HR systems to maintain data integrity.
