Job summary

Neural Concept is seeking a versatile HR Operations Specialist to support our growing tech scale-up in the United States. You’ll manage core HR processes across onboarding to off-boarding and maintain accurate employee data, while partnering with the Talent Acquisition Team in Switzerland.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR operations in the US is mandatory.
• Deep knowledge of US benefits and 401(k) administration.
• Familiarity with ATS (Ashby preferred) and payroll processes.
• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment is valuable.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, international team.

Responsibilities

• Manage core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, off-boarding.
• Support U.S. benefits administration, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k) programs.
• Coordinate with PEO entities, payroll and benefits providers.
• Help maintain HR policies and support compliance with applicable federal and local employment requirements.
• Support local Hiring Managers and the Talent Acquisition Team in Switzerland screening candidate applications and managing the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate employee and recruiting data, track pipeline progress, and report on key hiring metrics.
