Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR operations in the US.
• Practical knowledge of US HR policies, benefits administration, and 401(k).
• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment is highly valued.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes, and off-boarding.
• Support U.S. benefits administration including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k) programs.
• Coordinate with PEO entities, payroll and benefits providers.
• Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with federal and local requirements.
• Support the Talent Acquisition Team in screening and candidate management for Switzerland.
• Maintain accurate employee and recruiting data, track pipeline progress, and report hiring metrics.
