Alliant Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Employee Relations professional to lead the workplace accommodations process.

You will partner with employees, HRBPs, Legal, and business leaders to deliver compliant, employee-centric solutions and scalable programs. In this role you will manage high-volume accommodation cases, assess ADA requirements, coordinate with LOA, and draft communications while ensuring confidentiality and audit readiness across multi-state operations.

Qualificações

• Five or more years of Employee Relations experience with workplace accommodations.
• Experience partnering with HR, Legal, managers, and leave administrators.
• Experience with ADA accommodations in multi-state or multi-location org.
• Experience creating manager guidance, training, and process documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for accommodation requests.
• Lead interactive discussions, gather job function details, and assess solutions.
• Manage high-volume accommodation cases from intake to follow-up.
• Evaluate requests per ADA requirements and company policies.
• Coordinate leave requests with LOA administrator and track cases.
• Draft correspondence and maintain confidential records.
