Yuhaaviatam of San Manuel Nation is seeking a Senior HR Representative in a front-facing HR office environment. This role requires providing high-quality service to employees and administering HR programs across multiple functional areas.

The position emphasizes independence, professionalism, and a proactive approach to benefits, leave administration, recognition programs, recruiting, and HCM processes, including Workday, with occasional travel and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business administration or related field.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in an HR support role.
• Experience in the Hotel/Casino/Hospitality industry or guest experience preferred.
• Experience working with Workday (HCM system) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HR visitors and callers, delivering one-and-done service.
• Administer HR programs (UI claims, tuition reimbursement, I-9, compliance audits) and maintain SOPs.
• Monitor and document inquiries in the case management system and track SLAs.
• Support HR Representatives with tools training and guidance; back up Supervisor as needed.
• Collaborate with HRIS team to ensure HCM data accuracy and employee self-service.
