Job summary

Yuhaaviatam of San Manuel Nation in California seeks a Senior HR Representative to provide front-line HR support, deliver high-quality customer service, and lead escalation paths in HR Operations. You will administer HR programs, maintain SOPs, and ensure accurate case management and timely responses.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field plus at least 3 years’ HR support experience; HR Generalist or Workday familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 3+ years HR support experience required; HR Generalist experience preferred.
• Experience with Workday (HCM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a primary point of contact for visitors and callers to HR, delivering service and guidance on routine matters.
• Administers HR programs (UI claims, employment verification, tuition reimbursement, recognition, I-9, audits) and maintains SOPs.
• Monitors case management activities, logs inquiries, tracks resolutions, and analyzes data to identify trends.
• Leads the team in the absence of the HR Operations Supervisor and provides training as needed.
• Collaborates with HRIS to ensure HCM data accuracy and supports employee self-service.
