Job summary

MÜNZING NORTH AMERICA is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead daily HR operations and serve as the operational partner between the HR Director and HR team.

You will guide managers on employee relations, performance, recruiting, onboarding, HRIS governance, reporting, and policy implementation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance across the Clover manufacturing site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Knowledge of employment practices and escalation to senior leadership or legal counsel.
• Ability to learn HRIS and benefits systems; SAP SuccessFactors experience required.
• Strong MS Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
• Excellent communication, coaching, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
• Discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR operations and coordinate priorities across the HR team.
• Serve as primary HR partner to managers for employee relations, performance, attendance, and communications.
• Coach managers on documentation and next steps; escalate high-risk matters as needed.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes; advise on policy and strategy.
• Oversee HRIS governance, data accuracy, workflows, and system testing.
• Prepare and present HR reporting and workforce metrics.
• Develop and improve HR processes for consistency and efficiency.
• Maintain personnel files with confidentiality and data integrity.
• Support employee engagement, recognition, and culture initiatives.
