Job summary

MÜNZING CHEMIE GmbH in Clover, SC is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations and serve as the primary partner between the HR Director and the HR team. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors HRIS.
• Strong Excel reporting and analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and coaching ability.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR operations and coordinate priorities across the HR team.
• Partner with managers on employee relations, performance, attendance, and communications; coach on documentation.
• Escalate high-risk matters and legal concerns to the HR Director.
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Govern HRIS processes, data accuracy, testing, and reporting.
• Prepare HR reporting and workforce metrics for leadership.
• Develop and improve HR processes to enhance consistency and employee experience.
• Maintain personnel files and confidentiality.
• Support employee engagement and culture initiatives.
• Support department strategy and policies.
