Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR operations and coordinate priorities across the HR team.
• Serve as the primary HR partner to managers for employee relations, performance, attendance, and coaching.
• Manage corrective action processes and escalate high-risk matters to HR leadership.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS data governance.
• Prepare and present HR reporting and workforce metrics.
• Develop and improve HR processes to enhance consistency and efficiency.
