Job summary

Münzing Corporation in Clover, SC is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist at our manufacturing site. The role reports to the Director of Human Resources and drives recruiting and onboarding, HRIS implementation support, and acts as the main HR contact for inquiries.

You will maintain HR files, assist with payroll and benefits backups, manage leave, ensure regulatory compliance, and support performance management and employee development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience; payroll processing exposure preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or HRIS implementations.
• Strong communication, confidentiality and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the point of contact for HR queries and provides a positive employee experience.
• Manages full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for new hires.
• Supports HRIS implementation efforts and testing.
• Backup support for Payroll and Benefits Specialist.
• Maintains HR records, leave management, and compliance reporting.
• Oversees workers’ compensation processes and performance reviews.
• Supports training, development, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
