Shield AI is seeking a Senior People Experience Operations Partner to own critical moments across the employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—and to build scalable, compliant processes. You will manage HRIS data, audits, and workforce reporting, while partnering cross-functionally to resolve issues and continuously improve the employee experience.

This role supports a growing, multi-state and international workforce and collaborates with the People Experience team to enable excellent

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or a related field.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, data management, reporting and audits.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to handle sensitive information.
• Proactive, service-oriented approach with problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own key employee lifecycle operations including onboarding, offboarding, changes, and leave administration.
• Maintain integrity of people data via HRIS records, audits, and reporting.
• Deliver high-quality employee and manager support through PX Ops channels.
• Build scalable processes by developing SOPs and improving workflows.
• Partner cross-functionally across People Experience and the business.
