The Senior People Operations Partner will play a key role in supporting and delivering HR operational excellence for employees and managers across the Americas (US and Canada). This position is focused on the accurate , compliant, and efficient execution of HR processes and policies, while serving as a knowledgeable resource for People team and the business. The Senior People Operations Partner will provide advanced support in areas such as employee lifecycle management, compliance, HR systems, and data integrity.
Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, job changes, transfers, leaves of absence, and offboarding.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee transactions in HR systems.
Provide guidance and respond to employee and manager inquiries on HR policies, programs, and procedures.
Manage compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and employee data in accordance with data privacy requirements.
Manage data integrity within HR systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse etc).
Act as a trusted resource for employees and managers by providing high-quality, timely HR operational support.
Partner closely with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence (Total Rewards, Talent, etc.) to deliver consistent HR services.
Assist in resolving employee inquiries, ensuring positive employee experience and escalation when needed.
Contribute to HR operations projects such as process standardization, policy updates, and system implementations.
Support change management efforts to enhance employee adoption of HR tools and processes.
Recommend improvements to HR processes, documentation, and service delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or 3–5 years of progressive HR operations, HR generalist, or HR services experience.
Strong knowledge of Americas. employment regulations and HR compliance requirements.
Hands‑on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, ATS, or similar).
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide clear and concise guidance.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Ideally (although not essential) you will hold an HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent).
