Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced HR certification preferred.
• Approximately 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including operations or HRBP roles.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. employment law and multi-state population support.

Responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day HR operations for the U.S. employee population across onboarding, moves, and offboarding.
• Design, maintain, and enhance HR policies and handbook content in alignment with laws and global frameworks.
• Lead HR audits and ensure data integrity across HR systems and records.
• Provide trusted advisory support to leaders and employees; drive process improvements.
