Job summary

Augury seeks a Principal HR Business Partner to lead HR operations, shared services, and payroll across the US and EU, building scalable people programs and ensuring compliance. This role partners with Payroll, Legal, Finance, and People Ops to deliver high-quality HR services, drive program management, and leverage AI-enabled tools to improve data quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in HR, HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or an HRBP role with a strong operational focus.
• Demonstrated experience with employment law compliance, payroll processes, and HR program execution.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple HR initiatives simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary backbone of HR operations ensuring accurate, compliant payroll processing and lifecycle management for US and EU.
• Own and continuously improve HR shared services processes to ensure efficiency and a strong employee experience.
• Partner with Legal and Finance to manage audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory reporting.
