Avam is seeking an HR Generalist to support people operations across its group of companies. The role involves hands-on HR duties, onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations.

You will collaborate with employees, managers, and leadership to implement scalable HR practices and support growth. A strong foundation in HR and opportunities for advancement are offered, including potential progression to HR Manager or Director roles.

Qualifications

• Two years of progressive, hands-on HR experience.
• Experience with payroll coordination and employee relations.
• Familiarity with HRIS, payroll, benefits, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support across Avam Group and operating businesses.
• Manage onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employment compliance.
• Support employee relations, performance processes, and HR projects.
