Job summary

Addison Group is seeking an HR Manager to own HR operations across multiple entities in Austin, TX. The role will drive onboarding, payroll, compliance, benefits administration, and employee relations within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

The ideal candidate will implement scalable HR infrastructure, standardize policies, and lead HR systems projects across all brands, with a contract-to-hire path and high visibility to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with payroll administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and compliance
• Redesign and streamline onboarding workflows to reduce manual processes and improve new hire experience
• Manage multi-entity HR structure and work toward standardizing policies and procedures across all business units
• Own payroll administration including processing, audits, corrections, and coordination across multiple entities
• Ensure accuracy of employee data across HRIS and payroll systems
• Administer employee benefits programs and coordinate annual open enrollment activities with broker partners
• Partner with leadership to support employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws across multiple operational entities
• Support implementation and optimization of HR systems and workflows (HRIS/payroll tools)
• Serve as a key point of contact for onboarding, termination, and HR process troubleshooting
