Job summary

AccruePartners seeks an experienced HR leader to partner with senior HR leadership in a manufacturing environment in Clover, SC. This role supports day-to-day operations while driving strategic people initiatives and process improvements.

The ideal candidate has progressive HR experience (HR Manager/HRBP/Senior HR Generalist), strong employee relations skills, and hands-on recruitment across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• Progressive HR work experience in an HR Manager, HRBP, or Senior HR Generalist role.
• Manufacturing/industrial environment experience preferred.
• Strong employee relations experience with leadership advisory.
• Experience supporting recruitment, policy development, and process improvements.
• HRIS experience; SAP SuccessFactors knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR leadership to support day-to-day HR operations and execute department-wide initiatives.
• Lead recruiting efforts for professional, technical, administrative, and other specialized positions.
• Manage complex employee relations matters and advise managers on resolution strategies.
• Review and improve HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to ensure compliance.
• Support HRIS implementation, system optimization, and process improvement projects.
• Provide guidance across HR functions to establish consistent practices and improve efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with HR leadership to support day-to-day HR operations and execute department-wide initiatives
• Lead recruiting efforts for professional, technical, administrative, and other specialized positions
• Manage more complex employee relations matters, providing guidance to managers and supporting resolution of employee concerns
• Support the review and improvement of HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks, and compliance practices
• Contribute to HRIS implementation, system optimization, and process improvement projects
• Provide guidance and support across broader HR functions while helping establish consistent practices and improve overall efficiency

BACKGROUND THAT FITS

• Progressive Human Resources experience in an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, Senior HR Generalist, or similar role
• Manufacturing or industrial environment experience strongly preferred, with exposure to both hourly and salaried employee populations
• Strong employee relations experience, including managing complex situations and advising leadership
• Experience supporting professional-level recruitment, HR policies, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives
• Strong HRIS experience; SAP SuccessFactors knowledge is highly desirable
• Comfortable operating independently, managing competing priorities, and partnering closely with HR leadership; previous people management experience is a plus but not required
