This role supports global mobility, Workday Help, and governance initiatives. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in HR or client services, with Workday familiarity and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in HR data management and government/state audits.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with HR systems (Workday) and service/case management.
• Knowledge of I-9 compliance and Equifax coordination is preferred.

• Resolve complex cross-functional employee data issues with HR Partners and Shared Services.
• Coordinate data submissions with government/state offices to meet deadlines.
• Serve as HR systems expert and resolve data escalations in Workday Help.
• Support visa escalation and global mobility processes with the Immigration team.
